6-6:30pm Reception - Food, Refreshments & music by Mariachi Vasquez, 6:30-7pm Panel Discussion, 7-9pm Screening of Luminarias - Latino Love, Revolution and Serious Satire will feature 2 films, as well as live entertainment and food; in addition FilmFiesta 3 will afford the public to continue the discussion by featuring the writer, director and actors from the independent film Luminarias live and person at the screening. Luminarias in a comedic examination of love in the LA Latino quick lane, as four independent Chicanas from various walks of life struggle with balancing traditional views of relationship with a contemporary multi-cultural world.
