arker Mayor Mike Waid will preside over the opening ceremony and mini-parade. There will also be an opportunity to meet the Parker Arts Council's Miss Oktoberfest. In celebration of German heritage and traditions, there will be live German music, Bavarian dancers, a Biergarten, a Stein hoisting competition, and delicious German food. The festival boasts over 100 total vendors and a variety of activities for children.
