Death’s Door Spirits is one of the leading examples of sustainable distilling in the U.S., On August 7th, the Death’s Door distilling team will join Russell’s Smokehouse for a special dinner where guests will enjoy a variety of Death’s Door cocktails paired with pork dishes (the hogs raised on spent mash from the distillery) from chef Burton Koelliker of Osteria Marco, Tim Murphy of Russell’s Smokehouse, Mike Peshek of Lou’s Food Bar and Stephen McCary of Mizuna.
