Throughout the summer, a Pop-up Dye Garden has been growing near the Denver Art Museum’s Hamilton Building as part of the campus-wide textile exhibition Spun. Each of the plants in the garden produces a bright dye color that can be used to dye fabric. When summer winds down, museum visitors can finally watch as the flowers transform and create beautiful, naturally-dyed fabrics. The event will be held throughout the museum and on Acoma Plaza.
