1515 Restaurant is proud to host brewer Steve Kuftinec, brewmaster at Unita Brewing for a beer dinner in honor of Denver Beer Fest. To commemorate the occasion, 1515 executive chef Chuck James has created a special menu that incorporates the use of beer as an ingredient in each dish. Each course is expertly paired with a Unita or Four+ craft beer that will be introduced by Steve Kuftinec. Guests will have a chance to win some of the beers that they sample during the evening.
