Christine O’Dea’s ceramic/mixed media installation is primarily about being open to all that is true, good, blessed in one’s life. It is about accepting, healing, changing, and being. Numerous lessons, losses, resiliencies, and transformations are catalysts in her new work. Through found metal, weathered wood, discarded objects, garden remnants, and ceramic vessels, Christine creates a room within a room filled with artifacts that honor the guidance and gifts in her days…and express hope in the harvest of her dreams.
