Drosscapes, represents a corrupted environment which questions our mass consumption of materials and the wasted bi-products. The evidence of routine acts of consumption are increasingly more visible as oceans and rivers become clogged with plastics and pollutants. At a first glance, Drosscapes appears enchanting and fantastical and slowly reveals its blighted reality. The exhibition will continue through October 5, 2012, with a closing 1st Friday Reception October, 6-10p. Additional gallery hours are by appointment
