Founded in 1999, the company is led by Jeanie Balch and Amy Austin and supported by dozens of volunteers. The productions, with local children in all the roles, receive enthusiastic review each time they are presented. One audience member called CSTC's production of The Wizard of Oz, "better than any other children's production I have ever seen." Parents of the actors overwhelmingly rave about the positive atmosphere their children experience in this theater company.
