Barley & Barley
Barley is a grain with personality. Brewed it becomes beer. Distilled it becomes whiskey. Distilled and aged in Scotland (along with other regulations) it becomes Scotch. It’s the manner in which the grain is treated, processed and cared for that expresses various flavors and characteristics hidden within. We think that’s a pretty unique relationship and that is what inspired the idea to pair the two and enjoy them both, side-by-side.
