Faculty Tuesday: Clarinetist Daniel Silver and friends


"Messiaen & Kellogg" Please join us for "The Quartet for the End of Time, " one of the most monumental event pieces in all of chamber music. It was composed while Messiaen was held in a prisoner-of-war camp in German-occupied Silesia. The evening begins with faculty composer Daniel Kellogg’s moving “Plainsong.” Daniel Silver, clarinet, is joined by Harumi Rhodes, violin; David Requiro, cello; and Hsing-Ay-Hsu, piano.
