Gourmet Farmer's Market
Starting July 31, Tim Engel, who utilizes The Infinite Monkey Theorem’s space for his urban garden, will be roasting garlic and grilling seasonal produce for purchase on-site every Sunday.
Engel developed this sustainable gourmet garden, as the only garden in Denver utilizing self-made wine compost as the nutrient base of its soils to grow four varieties of artisanal culinary garlic and other alternating produce. Used by some of Denver’s best, such as Rioja and Bistro Vendomme,
