  • Green Practice Desc: Member of Greener DINR, an independent Denver restaurant group that has outlined a 12 month program for restaurants to reduce their environmental impact with a different emphasis every month such as recycling, local product purchasing and water consumption. Low-flush toilets and biodegradable to-go products. We partner with several local farmers for out produce needs. We use our waste vegetable oil to run our car.
