Las Brisas "The Breezes" was opened in 1987. The fine Latin food of Las Brisas comes from the exotic shores of Mexico, South America, and sunny Spain with other Mediterranean influences. It was the first to serve table side guacamole and use smoked jalapenos called "chipotle" before they became mainstream. Las Brisas is known for their famous award winning "LB Margarita".

with sweet green and yellow squash
garnished with pine nuts.
Posole Rojo: A hominy and pork red chili stew,
garnished with pico de gallo.
House Garden Salad: Fresh garden salad with choice of dressing.
Caesar Salad: Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, capers, and Parmesan cheese,
topped with sliced cucumber and tomatoes.

Australian Lamb Chops: Australian lamb chops served with jalapeno demi glaze.
Fried Calamari: Served with Sriracha mayo sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp: Jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon and served with cocktail sauce.
Southwestern Egg Roll: Fried egg roll filled with black beans, pico de gallo, and Monterey Jack cheese. (Vegetarian option available.)

Paella: A delicious combination of Sausage, Chicken, and Seafood served with Saffron rice. A true classic of Spanish cuisine.
Filet Jalapeno: A 4 oz. char-broiled beef tenderloin medallion. Topped with jalapeno cream sauce, onions, red and green peppers. Served with mash potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Pollo con Cilantro: Baked chicken breast stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese, blue corn tortillas, and fresh cilantro served over rice and jalapeno cream and spicy tomato sauce.
Enchilada de Mariscos: Scallops, shrimp, and crab meat in a flour tortilla. Topped with olives, tomatoes, scallions with a choice of lobster or chipotle cream sauce. Served with rice and beans.
Combo Lemon Bake: Jumbo shrimp, scallops, and mushrooms baked in a lemon-white cream sauce. Served with grilled asparagus and Spanish rice.
Carne Asada: Fajita skirt steak grilled to desired temperature. Served with rice and beans, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and roasted jalapeno.

Bread Pudding: A slice of homemade bread pudding topped with homemade caramel sauce.
Chocolate Mousse: Rich chocolate whipped to a fluffy lightness served with whip cream and chocolate syrup.
Chocolate Cheese Cake Chimichanga: A flour tortilla filled with homemade chocolate cheesecake filling fried, and served on a bed of caramel sauce topped with chocolate syrup and whip cream.
Ice Cream and Churros: Cinnamon sugar coated churros served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate syrup.
