Located in the heart of Denver, at Union Station, Mercantile dining & provision is a central gathering place. Available for a full restaurant buyout, we create anything from sit down dinners with wine pairings to buffet style lunches from our market and boxed lunches for meetings. Mercantile market prepares handcrafted sandwiches, salads, artisan charcuterie and cheeses for lunch and Chef Alex Seidel's nightly cuisine features fresh Colorado ingredients and inspired techniques that tell the story of his culinary journey as owner of Denver’s award-winning Fruition Restaurant and founder of Fruition Farms, a 10-acre artisanal sheep dairy and creamery.

The space is open and airy, with a modern decor that retains some elements of it's historic roots.
