  • Green Practice Desc: Guestrooms have low-flow showerheads, water-saving, low-flush toilets, and compact fluorescent lighting in sleeping areas. Heating and cooling is controlled centrally. Guest linens and towels are replaced daily upon guest request only. Front desk offers paperless checkout and most of our marketing and collateral is done electronically to reduce the amount of paper used. Paper recycling in the offices and mixed container recycling used by entire hotel. Cloth napkins and tablecloths used at all food events. Hotel utilizes environmentally safe or non-toxic cleaning agents and chemicals. Hotel provides a discount on Eco Pass to all employees which allows them to use all Regional Transportation District (RTD) at a discounted price.
