The allure of the mountains has always been a throwback to a simpler way of life, in a setting that’s more serene than our daily lives. Add to that a living history experience on a 1930s ranch complete with goats and chickens, classes on the life ways of the period, an art gallery, antique store, hiking trail, and special events, and you have a place to remember. The Kinnikinnick Ranch is just that place.

  • Description: The Big Tent is perfect for larger gatherings with a rustic theme and offers access to outside activity stations. The space accommodates up to 150 people. Rentals are available mid-April through September, after 4:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday and all day on Sunday. Rentals include the 40’X 60’ tent, stage with power, access to the croquet court, horseshoe pits, and the Double Nikl Playground. Hay Rides are available for an additional fee of $25.00 an hour. Folding chairs are available for an additional $100.00 set up fee. Fees are $200.00 an hour with a two hour minimum. A damage deposit of $350.00 is required. The Par-Tea House is a warm venue that is perfect for any type of meeting or small gathering and sure to please for a cozy special event. The space accommodates up to 26 people and/or 20 more on the outdoor Deck, weather permitting. Rental hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Your time block includes setup, clean up and use time. Rentals include cups, spoons, napkins, coffee, cream, sugar, and pitchers of water. Our signature home made English muffin bread, yummy jellies and honey are available for an additional fee of $30.00 (per 10 to 12 person serving). A projection screen is available for an additional $25.00 fee and $100.00 deposit. Fees are $50.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. A damage deposit of $100.00 is required.
