Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Official Visitors Guides
This semi-annual guide provides informative listings of consumer-oriented DMCVB members and has a circulation of 250,000 copies per issue to visitors. The guide is made available in more than 10,000 hotel rooms in the Denver metro area, at area visitor information centers, and is distributed to convention and meeting delegates.
Destination Planning Guide
This annual guide provides comprehensive information for meetings, conventions and trade show planners. The guide highlights facilities and services helpful in executing successful meetings. With a circulation of 25,000 copies distributed to meeting planners worldwide, a listing in this guide is a great marketing tool.
Multiple Listings and Cross References in Bureau Publications
Many organizations have products and services that benefit both the leisure and meeting traveler. Visitor Information Centers & Brochure Distribution
Four visitor information centers in various locations around the Denver metro area provide valuable services for business and leisure travelers. Information specialists answer questions, provide maps and distribute brochures and other informational materials. Brochure distribution at the downtown and Denver International Airport (DEN) centers is included as part of membership benefits. Opportunities to distribute brochures at the Colorado Convention Center and Cherry Creek Shopping Center are available for an additional fee. Please click here for more information.
- Downtown Visitor Information Center - Every year almost 100,000 people visit this visitor information center, located in the heart of Downtown Denver. Additional marketing opportunities are available, including backlit signage and scrolling light boxes.
- Denver International Airport Visitor Information Center - The DEN visitor information center assists more than 200,000 leisure and business travelers every year.
- Convention Center Complex Visitor Information Center - More than 300 meetings, conventions and public shows are booked at the newly expanded Colorado Convention Center each year. The visitor information center is located on the main concourse.
- Cherry Creek Visitor Information Center - This upscale shopping center is visited by more than 16 million shoppers per year and is among the top attractions in Denver.
DMCVB Web site and Member Links
Each member receives a listing on Denver's Official Web site, www.denver.org. This is the #1 Denver site on Google and #2 on Yahoo. It receives more than 4 million unique visits a year. Listings include all contact information and a direct link to your business' Web site.

Business After Hours
This is a great business-to-business networking event for members. Monthly scheduled After Hours give members the chance to showcase their venue to the Bureau and other members by hosting an event.
DMCVB Foundation Events
The DMCVB Foundation hosts two events every year to support scholarship funding for students pursuing academic degrees in hospitality and tourism related fields. Click here for more info.
- The Tourism Hall of Fame Dinner recognizes those individuals who have made significant contributions to the travel and tourism industry in Denver and Colorado.
- The Chairman's Cup and Membership Open Golf Tournament has been a tradition at the DMCVB for more than 22 years and brings together the tourism industry to play and network at some of Colorado's most beautiful golf courses.
Business Development Opportunities
Service Referrals (all levels of membership)
The Bureau provides member referrals to meeting planners, the travel trade and small group and leisure travel planners.
Small Group Travel Leads (all levels of membership)
Requests for information from small groups (wedding, churches, reunions, etc.) are received by our Tourism Department or via the visitor center phone lines. Leads are distributed to any member who can fulfill the request.
Tourism Leads
Tradeshow lead opportunities are distributed to qualified members after the Tourism Department staff participates in a domestic or international trade show. Non-tradeshow leads are time-sensitive requests for accommodations, restaurants, attractions, receptive operators, transportation, etc. and are distributed as leads to all levels of members in the appropriate service categories.
Meeting and Convention Hotel Leads (select levels of membership only)
Hotel leads for meeting and convention groups considering Denver as a site are distributed to hotel lead-receiving members upon receipt.
Convention and Meeting Schedule and Confirmed Bookings Reports (select levels of membership only)
The Convention and Meetings Schedule allows members to market their products or services directly to meeting planners. The schedule contains all the information for conventions and meetings coming to Denver over a two year period. In addition, monthly confirmed bookings reports are sent via e-mail as addenda to the published schedule.

The Longwood's Study
The annual Longwood's Study is Colorado's largest tourism research initiative. A summary of the study's results is distributed to all members. The complete 300+ page document is available for purchase.
