Grilled Peach Sundae
A fresh Palisade Peach lightly grilled, & coated w/ Frangellico-butter & served w/ Vanilla bean gelato & Carmel sauce
Serves 6
Total preparation time 15 min.
Ingredients:
6 Fresh Palisade Peaches(Pitted & cut in ½, chilled)
- 1 lbs unsalted butter(room temp)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Frangellico
Vanilla Gelato
Carmel Sauce ( recipe not included)
- 1 pint fresh whipped cream
Instructions:
Frangellico/butter:
-combine butter, brown sugar, & Frangellico in large mixing bowl.
-mix until sugar in completely incorporated
-chill 20 min.
-add Peaches, stir to coat completely
-lightly grill peaches over high heat(reserve butter), skin side first, 20 seconds, & rotate 90 degrees to achieve grill marks, after 20 seconds, flip & repeat rotation process, 20 seconds each position.
- remove from grill & return to butter
Serving instructions:
-place to 2 peach halves in an bowl & drizzle w/ Frangellico/butter (optional)
-Place 2 Scoops high quality Vanilla Gelato on top of peaches
-top w/ Carmel Sauce & fresh whipped cream
-serve & enjoy
