Palisade Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
(filling)
6 Palisade Peaches
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs butter
1 tbs all purpose flour
1 vanilla bean, split
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
(streusel topping)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup granola
2 sticks softened butter
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Slice and saute peaches and vanilla bean seeds in 3 tbs butter until
soft. Add sugar, 2 tbs brown sugar and dissolve. Deglaze with Grand
Marnier, stir in flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes. pour mixture in
oven safe dish, and let cool. For streussel, combine all ingredients
and hand mix until well incorporated. Sprinkle on top of peach filling
and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
