Mayor’s Denver Beer Fest Kickoff Rescheduled. Parade Cancelled.

Due to the regional summit on urban issues sponsored by President Barack Obama's Office of Urban Affairs being held in Denver on September 18, Mayor Hickenlooper will not be able to hold a Denver Beer Fest press conference at Denver Oktoberfest on that day, as had previously been announced. Instead, the Denver Beer Fest Press Conference with Mayor Hickenlooper has been rescheduled to TODAY, Thursday, September 17, at 11:30 a.m. at the Wynkoop Brewery at 18th and Wynkoop streets.
