WHAT: Denver Mayor Michael Hancock will join VISIT DENVER and other business leaders at a press conference at Denver Pavilions on 16th Street Mall to kick off the 2011 Mile High Holidays campaign that runs through January.
Sponsored by VISIT DENVER, the City of Denver and more than two dozen other partners, the integrated, $1 million marketing campaign features television and print ads, billboards, websites and transit advertising, all designed to encourage visitors from throughout the region to come to Denver during the holiday period, from Nov. to Jan. Some 45 hotels have created Mile High Holiday deals, with many starting at the mile high price of $52.80/night, and can be found at www.MileHighHolidays.com.
