The 31st International Association of Culinary Professionals annual convention will be held for the first time in Denver, April 1–4, with more than 100 foodie events, workshops, and master classes. Nearly 800 culinary professionals, food journalists and authors will be in town, including reporters from The New York Times, National Public Radio, Gourmet, Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking and Eating Well magazines.
