Vesta Dipping Grill

For years at Vesta we have chosen to offer our regular menu with some great specials. While this may not sound special, it actually is given that most restaurants tend to charge very high prices and offer a set menu. We have the philosophy that this is a special night out for a lot of people who have never been to Vesta and it's not right to overcharge just because it is NYE. We also have a DJ, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight. It's a more affordable way to get into one of Denver's best restaurants for the past 13 years. Reservations go very fast.

Appetizer $14
Lobster and Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano

Fish Selection
Rosemary Grilled Scallops, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Apple Chive Salad, and Zinfandel Syrup

Beef Selection
Grilled Wagyu Strip Steak, Black Truffle Purple Potatoes, Warm Bacon Greens, Denver Pale Ale Mustard Butter
