The Fort

Thanksgiving is made easy at Jill’s Restaurant and St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder. Dinner includes a choice of two proteins: oven-baked sliced turkey, seared pork loin and jalapeno cheddar elk sausage. They’re offering roasted Diestel Family Ranch turkey with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, homemade sourdough apple celery stuffing and turkey gravy.
