Sacred Cacao Circle w/ Guided Meditation
**Join me and take a journey back to your heart in a unique Denver experience like no other!**
For thousands of years the ancient Maya, Olmec and Aztec civilizations used cacao as a way to connect physically and spiritually back to each other and back to their hearts.
A Maya legend tells of when there is an imbalance between Humans and their activity and Earth, Cacao comes from the rainforest to remind people of their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony.
**What to Expect**
For this experience we will meet at Cheesman Park (we will be outside and socially distanced). To kick off this experience I'll explain the difference between Ceremonial Cacao vs. regular chocolate and its medicinal properties.
Next we will prepare for the ceremony by sitting in a circle on our yoga mats. After a spiritual, elemental, and cosmic invocation, we will drink our cacao together (A sacred cup of hot chocolate).
Next I'll lead you through an **invigorating breath work** session combined with a **guided meditation** that will lead you back to your heart and ignite you into your truth.
On this 1.5 hour journey you will experience first hand the heart opening magic of cacao. No experience is necessary.
A Yoga mat and ceremonial cacao drink will be provided.
The cacao drink is vegan. Please let me know if you have any food allergies. If you are allergic to chocolate we have some beautiful tea alternatives available for you.
Come with an open mind and heart.
Meeting Location: Cheesman Park Pavilion. Cheesman Park is one of Denver's best and most iconic parks in the city. It has a very unique past (It was Denver's 1st city cemetery that was turned into a park). Not only will you experience the ceremony in a beautiful natural setting, you will see daily life in Denver.
