7@7: Celebrating 7 Years of Girls' Education at Edge of Seven

Sep 29, 2017

Join us for our annual party celebrating the power of educating girls and women around the world. This year we’re also celebrating Edge of Seven at seven years old — 7 at 7 — and our impacts around the world.

We’re proud to bring Academy Award winning documentary filmmaker Vanessa Roth to tell the story of her amazing last project; the 4-part internationally acclaimed Netflix series — Daughters of Destiny which follows the lives of 5 Dalit girls in India over 7 years as they become the first in the history of their families and communities to go to school.

Our September 29th event will include Nepali fare, great beer and wine, video and reflections on Edge of Seven’s first seven years from its founder, Erin Subedi, and a look forward from Executive Director, Peter Mason. The Edge of Seven celebration of impact will include silent and live auctions including travel to: Nepal, Africa, the Caribbean, Napa Valley, the Pacific Northwest and Arizona. The auctions also include outdoor gear, spa days, yoga, coffee, distillery and brewery tours, Colorado Date Nights, Ski country vacations, and so much more. The event also includes a wine pull, wall of gift cards and a special Wall of Fame for attendees to write a personal note to the girls who attend schools that we build.

Doors open at 5pm, and the program begins at 7pm.
