A Taste of the Emerald Isle Distiller's Dinner

We're transporting you to the Emerald Isle for our next Distiller's Dinner, with Irish-inspired cocktails featuring our trio of whiskeys. Enjoy a special four-course dinner, with featured unique cocktail pairings. Our head distiller will discuss the creation of our unique spirits as she walks you through a tasting of them individually.

This month's featured spirits are Colorado Bourbon Whiskey, American Single Malt Whiskey, and Rye Whiskey.

Your ticket includes 4 tasters, 4 full-sized cocktails, 4 paired plates, and live music.

Advanced tickets are required and space is limited. As this is a tasting dinner, we are unable to accommodate dining restrictions and substitutions.
