Día del Niño – Day of the Child

Apr 25, 2021

Join us to celebrate children around the world during Día del Niño (Day of the Child), in partnership with other cultural organizations in the Denver Metro Area. Lines (or lifelines, stripes, squiggles, streaks-what do you call them?) are a big part of Clyfford Still's artwork. We can also find lines everywhere around us! Lines can be found in art from different cultures and throughout history, outside in the telephone poles and trees, in letters and numbers, and may even be part of our favorite traditions. What do lines mean to you and your family?

This Día del Niño and throughout April, join us to explore rayitas in all their forms. Participate in virtual workshops, enjoy at-home art making activities, or visit the Museum for free on April 25 (tickets are limited, must be reserved in advance, and will be available one week before Día del Niño)
