Denver Sloan's Lake Art and Music Festival

The 4th Annual Denver Sloan’s Lake Art & Music Festival is a Denver Days featured event with a juried collection of national and local art by local and juried fine artists. Art booths feature eclectic and diverse art including jewelry, ceramics, photography, painting, wood, mixed media and more.

The festival is nestled under big shade trees on clean grass with sidewalks. Nearby is a playground and picnic tables with the view of spectacular Sloan’s Lake, a 177 acre recreation lake in Denver’s 2nd largest city park.

The two day Live Music Stage features Wounded Warrior Band's "Motown Rock and Soul Revue", Ponder the Albatross, Kelly Triplett, Band On The Fence,, Franny & The Jets, Tullis Blues, Doc & Kit, Ceruleus and more. Some seating is provided, lawn chairs are welcome. Music schedule is online at

The Creative Station for All Ages welcomes everyone to create their own masterpiece and kids love to have their face painted. An amazing aerialist performs regularly. Delicious foods and beverages by Brothers BBQ, Big Papa’s Grill, Em’s Ice Cream, Kona Ice, Kettle Korn & Specialty Roasted Nuts.

Free admission and parking. Hours are Saturday 10am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. Located on the South side of Sloan’s Lake at 17th and Utica Street. Parking lot is at the entrance with additional parking on residential streets on the south side of 17th St. We provide drinking water for guests and friendly leashed pets.
