The Enneagram has the power to illuminate paths to freedom from our stuck places. Those new self awarenesses and tools are then put into practice through yoga. Nancy and Jillian will combine the two to support the process of living more and more into our authenticity through this 6-week series.



Week 1 (Feb 13th) - 90 min Enneagram // 30 min Yoga
Discovering Your Type
Come prepared knowing your Enneagram type in order to dive into the rich layers of self knowing the Enneagram provides. ** We will give you the information as to how to determine your type (information comes with registration confirmation).



Week 2 (Feb 20th) - 90 min Enneagram // 30 min Yoga
Experiencing the Enneagram
We will walk ourselves through the transformation process for each type and how we move through the healthy and unhealthy versions of ourselves.



Week 3 (Feb 27th) - 75 min Enneagram // 45 min Yoga
Instincts: Stepping into balance
Learn about how our natural instincts impact the way our personality shows up in the world and what happens when we learn to balance them.



Week 4 (Mar 6th) - 75 min Enneagram // 45 min Yoga
The Enneagram in Relationship
What happens when different types engage with each other. What are their strengths and what are their struggles?



Week 5 (Mar 13th) - 60 min Enneagram // 60 min Yoga
Paradox Part 1: The path to our deepest desire
Experience what it’s like to move from stuckness to freedom within your personality type.
