Kitchen Basics: Roasted Vegetables and Pasta al Pomodoro

In this three hour long class, you will learn how to prepare and roast vegetables, learn the differences between pastas and brands when shopping, maximize the flavor of your spices, and craft a delicious pasta "sugo" (tomato sauce) using pantry staples. This class will focus on essential kitchen skills as well and involve minimal knife handling. Please feel free to bring your own alcoholic drinks to enjoy responsibly.
*Class minimum is 4 students, so invite your friends! We will reach out in case we need to reschedule.
*To reserve a spot is $20, the other $30 will be payed to Yumi day of, we can take Venmo, Paypal or CC.
