Light The Night

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk funds treatments that are saving the lives of patients today. LLS is making cures happen by providing patient support services, advocating for lifesaving treatments and pioneering the most promising cancer research anywhere. And it's all happening now. Not someday, but today. Each year friends, families and coworkers form teams to raise money in support of our mission.
What is it? Light The Night is a 1.5 mile evening Walk where people of all ages carry illuminated lanterns to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Red lanterns are for supporters, white are for Survivors, gold are in memory. All registered participants will receive an illuminated lantern.
When does it start? On the night of the Walk, festivities start at 5:30 pm, which include: music, great food, and fun activities for the whole family. The Walk will begin around 7:00 pm.
How do I participate? You can participate by becoming a sponsor, forming a team, becoming a retail partner, donating a product or service, and/or becoming a Corporate Ambassador.
What are Champions For Cures? We encourage all of our participants to become Champions For Cures by raising $100 or more. All Champions For Cures will receive a t-shirt and access to the food court the night of. All Survivors of any type of cancer are invited to come to the Walk and receive their free Survivor shirt, access to the food court, and white lantern, regardless of their fundraising totals.
