Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

This five week joint program offers an in-depth look at mindfulness tools for engaging the demands of our lives and for deepening our inquiry into fundamental health and wholeness. Through exploring the teachings and practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—including sitting and walking meditation, body scan, and mindful yoga—you will become better equipped to manage stress and to confidently integrate mindfulness into daily life. This course is based on the 8-week MBSR program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

** This course is offered at a discounted rate as most other MBSR classes are 8 sessions long, while this course is only 6 weeks long, due to the decrease in class time the price has been adjusted. All topics will still be covered in this series but less time will be spent on a few things.
