Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

This program offers an in-depth look at mindfulness tools for engaging the demands of our lives and for deepening our inquiry into fundamental health and wholeness. Through exploring the teachings and practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—including sitting and walking meditation, body scan, and mindful yoga—you will become better equipped to manage stress and to confidently integrate mindfulness into daily life.

This course is based on the 8-week MBSR program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
