Morning Hatha Yoga

Morning Hatha Yoga is an all-levels practice, open to everyone! Come unwind through gentle movement, stretching, pranayama and guided meditation. This class holds space to allow the student to gain strength and flexibility at their own pace with an emphasis on safety and alignment.
Instructor: Meredith Saver. What began as a physical journey for Meredith quickly grew into a mental and emotional one, too. Her yoga mat has always held space for her to “come home” in her body and in her heart. In this this often-challenging and ever-changing life, yoga serves as her “drishti”- her external point of focus that draws awareness inward. In 2015 Meredith completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica with Don and Amba Stapleton. While she is drawn to many forms of yoga, Meredith’s Hatha vinyasa classes are a well-rounded, playful and intelligent blend of movement and meditation. As a teacher it is always her aim to create a safe learning environment so that anyone can show up to step on their mat and find their slice of “coming home.”
