Process & Print Virtual Exhibition
Mar 27, 2020 - May 31, 2020
The staff at Kirkland Museum believes that art never closes and, during this time of challenge and uncertainty, we are excited to launch a series of digitally-curated collection highlights for your viewing pleasure! It is our goal to provide these virtual experiences throughout the duration of our temporary closure.
This week we have converted our March Mo'Print exhibition, Process and Print, to an online platform for those of you who weren't able to visit prior to our closure. Curated by Deputy Curator Christopher Herron, please enjoy this selected group of lithographs, intaglio prints, relief prints and serigraphs (screen prints) by Colorado & regional artists that illustrate the wide variety of images created using these processes. "Along with a better understanding of the work that goes into making these different types of prints, viewers will get a taste of the depth and quality of printmaking produced in Colorado and our surrounding region," promises Herron. Please explore Process and Print online.
