BLUES & BREWS - SOUTH PEARL ST. MUSIC FESTIVAL with The Iguanas

What do you get when you mix a warm summer afternoon, ice-cold craft beers, and some fun, funky music? The South Pearl Street music festivals, held on the second Saturdays of June and August on the 1200 block of South Pearl Street. Close to 7,000 music lovers and craft beer aficionados make the scene to see nationally-recognized talent, savor hand-crafted brews, and chill to the authentic local vibe of one of Denver's most popular local neighborhoods.

Typically, seven bands perform at each event from 1 to 10 p.m. and many of Colorado's hottest craft brewers pour their hearts out for thirsty patrons and craft beer aficionados. Past years have featured New Belgium, Oskar Blues, Left Hand Brewery, Great Divide Brewery, Deschutes Brewery and many more leading some to ask, "Are these really cool beer festivals with great music or kick-ass music festivals with top beers?"
