Springtime Seafood Dinner Party

Dinner will start at 5:30pm but feel free to arrive around 5:00pm to get settled in, bring your appetite, a nice bottle of white or even crack into your first rose of the year to celebrate the coming of spring accompanied by the taste of so of our favorite seafood items.

Raw and Smokey Shellfish - Oysters, Mussels, Scallops
Spring Onion Chowdah - Potatoes, Pork Belly, Littlenecks
Cabbage and Shrimp - Cucumber Puree, Crispy Quinoa
Spring Herb Bucatini - Uni, Crab, House made Elk Sausage
Chocolate and Seaweed - Wasabi Honey, Chiffon Cake
The days are getting longer, the weather is starting to warm up although we are getting the occasional snow storm it looks like spring is on its way. Although the markets don’t start to open up until april we will start to see some fresh new produce coming into our hands in the coming months. Pair this with some light, refreshing seafood and you have yourself a delightful combination.
