With our first snowstorm and Halloween quickly approaching, it is starting to feel a lot like fall in the mile high city. With that we want to continue our dinners with the rich and deep flavors of fall, that make it my favorite time of the year to cook. The earthy flavors of mushrooms and wheat, the game flavors of fall with the spices of cinnamon and nutmeg to finish the plate this dinner will encapsulate the flavors of this transitional period as we continue to chase our seasonality.


The menu right now is kinda TBD as we will play around with some different flavors to add to the items above, just let me us know if there is anything you don’t like and we will be sure not to include that in your plate.
