Toro Bottomless Weekend Brunch

Chef Richard Sandoval’s first Toro in Denver is kicking off its first full Weekend of Bottomless Brunch every week starting this Saturday, August 22, and Sunday, August 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can choose from Bottomless Food or Bottomless Food and Drink options from the new Toro Brunch Menu. Live acoustic guitar and local DJs add a lively mix of Latin music throughout the day in the restaurant’s expansive and inviting, open-air lounge, dining rooms and resort-style patio.
Toro’s Brunch celebrations are a well-loved ritual from around the globe from the Doha to Los Cabos to Miami, DC and more. All dishes on Toro Bottomless Brunch Menu are unlimited for one price of $30 per person. For Bottomless Food and Drink it is $49 per person. Select from savory and sweet Starters like Al Pastor Pork Belly Tacos in Creamy Yuzu Avocado Sauce, Tuna Ceviche Nikkei with Crispy Puff Quinoa and Sweet Potato to Seasonal Fresh Fruit. Signature Specialties include Eggs Benedict on Brioche with Smoked Swordfish Dip and Aji Amarillo Hollandaise Sauce; Lomo Saltado Beef Hash with Beef Tenderloin and sunny side egg served in warm cast iron skillet with grilled onions and bell peppers; and Shrimp Enchilada with Yellow Sweet Corn, Manchego Cheese and Creamy Guajillo Chili Sauce. Dessert for Brunch? Of course! Choose from Belgian Waffle with Whipped Cream and Maple Apple Wood Bacon and Berry Compote; Local Sweet Action Ice Cream or Sorbet in select flavors from mango, to chili lime and vanilla bean to Valrhona chocolate.
Bottomless Bebidas include Mimosa Tradicional, Mango Mimosa, Mimosa Misterioso with Champagne, pear and lavender, Maya Mimosa with Passionfruit, Michelada, Bloody Mary and Maria, Margarita Tradicional and Breakfast Old Fashioned with bacon-infused bourbon and maple, orange and angostura bitters. Choose from an array of specialty coffee drinks from Silver Canyon and Tazo Teas. Bottle Service of Premium Champagnes is available for an additional cost from Moët Imperial, Laurent-Perrier and Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
A La Carte dishes are available for sharing as well for an additional price including Traditional and Tuna Guacamole, Smoked Swordfish Dip and Butcher Board of chef’s selection of locally cured meats and cheeses, seasonal james, pickled veggies and mixed nut.
There is a continuous flow of indoor and outdoor activities, sights and sounds during each Toro Brunch. You might have drinks outside and eat indoors and then switch it up. Saturdays, will feature a local acoustic guitarist performing a mix vocal and instrumental finger-style guitar from Latin pop, flamenco, bossanova, salsa and bachata. Sundays, is an exciting series of local DJs spinning their own mix of reggaeton, bachata, Latin pop, salsa from past and present. From 3 to 4 p.m. is Toro ‘Aftermath’ where the vibe turns slightly up on the patio for socializing as a fitting end to the experience…until next weekend!
