<p>Please join us for a conversation in response to the DAM's current exhibition: Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, and Mexican Modernism from the Jacques and Natasha Gelman Collection, on view until January 24th.</p>
<p>Artists and intellectuals will discuss three main themes that are woven throughout the show: appropriation and reclamation as tools of empowerment, public art as activism, and the beauty and injustices of layered identities.</p>
