Sense and Sensibility
By Kate Hamill
Based on the novel by Jane Austen
Directed by Lynne Collins
Underwritten by Diana and Mike Kinsey

“Perhaps the greatest stage adaptation of this novel in history.” – Huffington Post
This isn’t your grandma’s Jane Austen! This rollicking, ingeniously-theatrical new adaptation follows the Dashwood sisters – sensible Elinor and passionate Marianne. When they lose their fortune, marriage is their only hope, but can love and marriage go together for women without money? Surrounding them is a company of shape-shifting actors who transform into characters, animals, and even scenery to bring Austen’s story to life in this goofy, joyous and deeply moving play.

Genre: Comedy, Classic
Content: Appropriate for Young Adult - Adult Audiences
6901 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada, CO America/North_Dakota/Center

War of Words
World War I inspired hope, despair, anger, anxiety, patriotic fervor, and more—all of which found its way into our most intense and powerful language, the language of poetry.

In “War of Words,” actors lend their voices to long-dead poets, with the aim of helping us hear them as they were: alive with conflicting passions, ideas, and beliefs shaped in response to the Great War. Audiences will find these voices not just historically intriguing, but contemporary—as if the poets are speaking both to us and for us about a war that has yet to reach its end.
6901 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada, CO America/North_Dakota/Center

Sunday in the Park with George
Music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim
Book by James Lapine
Directed by Rod A. Lansberry

“This is one of those shows that seem destined to be forever spoken of with misty-eyed bragging rights by anyone who sees it.” – New York Times

This stunning masterpiece merges past and present into beautiful, poignant truths about life, love and the creation of art. The story spanning over a century begins in 1884 with George Seurat who is struggling to balance his extreme natural tendencies of artistic sensitivity and logical construction. Then the story skips ahead, a century later, to Seurat’s great-grandson, George, who is also an artist. Present-day George is frustrated as he searches for his artistic path only to find the answer to his future is in the past.

Genre: Musical, Classic Broadway
Content: Family-Friendly
6901 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada, CO America/North_Dakota/Center
