Bones is an American stylized noodle bar heavily influenced by Asian ingredients and French technique. We are consistently rated not just among Denver’s top noodle bars—but among the best in the nation. We believe in rendering the exotic familiar. Frank envisioned a place where foodies would want to come—where the American pastime of bone marrow and butter poached lobster would meet the contemporary bent of udon and sashimi. Casual fare with upscale service and friendly prices. The downstairs is a mingling of cooking and serving, eating and drinking—no space is sacred at Bones, and all areas seem to overlap. Open for lunch (M-F) and dinner 7 days a week.
