Citizen Rail is a modern American wood-fired kitchen known for its artisan approach to cooking over an open flame, as well as its heartfelt service, inviting atmosphere and buzzing Union Station location. Named for the sense of camaraderie cultivated by our proximity to the rails, we believe that grilling over a wood fire connects us with both the American frontier spirit and Denver’s demand for genuine, passion-driven food.
