DINNER FOR TWO! Joe of Flaming Joe's Seafood was born and raised in New Orleans and loves nothing more than bringing a little taste of home to Colorado. Because his family is originally from Vietnam, there is also an interesting and delicious Asian fusion with Cajun. He offers a variety of fresh seafood options that include crawfish, fresh shucked oysters, Manilla clams and lobster (just to mention a few!). His overstuffed Po' Boys stretch the definition of handheld food, challenging diners to wrestle heaps of deep-fried gator, catfish, crawfish tails, softshell crab, shrimp and oysters—all on top of a French roll with amazing Cajun mayo. Those in search of land-based options can dig into a blackened-chicken salad or cozy up to a 16-ounce marinated ribeye, instead.



Appetizer (choose one)

Joe's Mom's Gumbo (2 cups)
- Joe's Mom's recipe uses a traditional roux and trinity to start. It is then finished with chicken, andouille sausage and seafood if you wish (crawfish tails, shrimp and crab).

Rinds of Mine
- Fresh fried pork rinds (also known as cracklins or chichorron) that come to the table still poppin'! Served with a side of pickled veggies and made in house pimento chesse.

Fresh Shucked Oyster (6)
- We rotate oysters often but are currently serving VA Salts. Slightly briney in the start with a smooth crisp finish.

Entrees (choose two)

Joe's fried options come hand batttered with a traditional corn meal coating. His blackened options are cooked on the flat top with Joe's mix of blackened seasoning. Side options include french fries, cajun rice, shrimp fried rice, cajun mash and red beans and rice.
