With the kitchen led by Executive Chef Kollin Gateley, this is modern American cooking at its best. Our menu features the kind of food you’d want to eat with friends and family, sparking memorable flavors while satisfying your palate. Using mostly local ingredients, our produce, farm and fish are prepared on site every day, and paired with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves.
