Soup or Salad (choice of One per person)

1. Lobster Bisque, Delicious creamy lobster bisque.

2. Calabacita yellow & green, Traditional Mexican soup, garnish with pine nuts and parsley.

3.Cup of Colorado Chili (spicy red & green chili with pork) or Green Chili (made with pork, tomatillo and potatoes).

4. House Garden Salad, Fresh salad with Vegetables choice of dressing.

5. Caesar Salad Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with croutons,capers, and Parmesan cheese, topped with cucumbers and tomatoes.

Appetizer (choice of two per couple)

1. Australian Lamb Chops, Delicious grill lamb chops served with jalapeno demi glaze.

2. Bacon Wrap Scallops served with our original Ranchero Sauce.

3. Bacon Wrap Shrimp, deep fried Jumbo Shrimp served with cocktail sauce.

4. Southwest Eggroll, fried eggrolls filled with black beans, Pico de Gallo and Monterey jack cheese.

Entree ( Choice of one entree per person)

1. Paella, delicious combination of sausage, chicken and seafood served with saffron rice, a true classic of Spanish cuisine.

2. Filet Jalapeño, char-broiled beef tenderloin medallion, topped with jalapeño cream sauce, onion, red & green peppers, served with mash potatoes and steam veggies.

3. Pollo Cilantro, Baked chicken breast with blue corn tortilla Monterrey jack cheese and fresh cilantro, served over rice topped with jalapeno cream sauce and spicy tomato sauce.

4. Relleno De Mariscos, Scallops, shrimp, crab meat in a flour tortilla, topped with olives tomato and scallions with a choice of lobster or chipotle cream sauce, served with rice and black beans.

5. Combo Lemon Bake, Jumbo shrimp scallops and mushrooms, baked in a lemon-white wine cream sauce, served with grill asparagus and Spanish rice.

6. Carne Asada, Skirt steak grilled to desire temperature, served with Spanish rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, roasted jalapeño and fresh avocados.

Signature Dessert (choice of one per person)

1. Bread Pudding, A slice of homemade bread pudding topped with homemade caramel sauce.

2. Chocolate Mousse, Rich chocolate whipped to a "fluffy lightness" served with whip cream and chocolate syrup.

3. Chocolate Cheesecake Chimichanga, A flower tortilla filled with homemade chocolate cheesecake filling fried, and served on a bed of caramel sauce topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

4. Ice Cream & Churros, Cinnamon sugar-coated churros served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate syrup.
