Ginger Pineapple Margarita: jimador silver, carton ginger liquor, sage cayenne simple syrub, pineapple juice, oj, tajin rim

Appetizer (choice of)

Garden Guacamole: pumpkin seeds, corn and zucchini, pico, cotija cheese, guajillo oil

Mezcal Cured Salmon: crispy tortillas, radish, pomegranate reduction, charred serrano aioli

Entree (choice of)

Steak Enchilada: mojo marinated steak, caramelized onions, chingon cheese mix, guajillo sauce, kale salad, avocado

Seared Swordfish: citrus and tequila marinated, coconut jasmine rice, grilled zucchini, avocado mango salsa

Oven Roasted Chicken: achiote and habanero marinated breasts, roasted red and sweet potatoes, pipian verde sauce
