Osteria Marco is located on historic Larimer Square, the most trafficked block in all of Colorado. It is a chef-driven restaurant conceived to be the younger brother to Luca -- more playful than Luca, more friendly, more accessible. The Osteria is named for the youngest Bonanno son, Marco. Frank Bonanno and Philippe Failyau opened these doors in 2008 in response to a demand for something different on the block--fine dining quality in a casual setting. We believe in craftsmanship and artistry—pizzas hand tossed to order, cheese and salumi crafted on site, suckling pigs roasted on Sunday evenings. Bartenders muddle and infuse; wines evolve to reflect the variety of the Italian countryside and climate.
