Smok has brought an elevated and modern touch to the Denver barbecue scene. We focus on classic barbecue styles from the past of Executive Chef Bill Espiricueta. After five years working alongside Chef Steve Redzikowski at Oak at Fourteenth and Acorn, Chef Bill introduced Smok. Our focus is not only on the meats; the sides, seasonal ingredients, and craft cocktails play a huge part in what makes us unique. From burnt ends to frozen boozy slushies, we have something for everyone.
